What to Expect During Your First Visit
When you come in for your first visit, we will ask you to fill out a New Patient Form and a Medical Form. Alternatively, you can download and print our New Patient Form to bring with you to your appointment. We will complete a full oral exam to help assess your dental needs as well as review your past medical and dental history. We will:
- Review your dental history, including any previous dental work as well as your medical history
- Perform a complete oral exam
- Create a personalized dental health plan

Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better and address questions or concerns you may have about the process.
Young Street Dental can also send estimates to your insurance company before starting major treatments so you can budget effectively.
